Production Time

Custom-made items, such as engraved plaques and personalized cards, require timely submission of design files to ensure production stays on schedule.

Samples

Samples are useful for confirming quality standards before proceeding with mass production. Our samples are generally available without customizations.

Available city: A sample of an available city can be ordered directly through our online store. View All Cities

Custom City / Model: For custom city models, samples are available after the 3D data creation is complete. Please note that an order for the custom design must be placed before a sample can be provided.

The Process of Creating a Custom City / Model

Area Selection: To get started, we need detailed information about the area, city, or building you would like to feature. The more data you can provide, the better — building plans, architectural renderings, reference images, or a Google Maps screenshot with the area marked are all very helpful.

Initial Area Preview: Before our in-house 3D Data Specialist begins the detailed work, you’ll receive a basic preview of the selected area to confirm that everything is correct.

3D Data Creation: Once the area is approved, we begin refining and finalizing the 3D data. This step typically takes about one week.

Detailed Preview: After the 3D data has been completed, we’ll send you a detailed preview showing your customizations, including frame color, plaque design, and any highlighted buildings, etc.

Adjustments: At this stage, minor revisions are still possible. However, please note that major changes — such as selecting a new area — can no longer be made or may incur additional costs.

Final Preview & Sample: You will receive a final preview before we move into production. Optionally, you can request a physical sample of the model. Please note that samples are typically produced without customizations.

Cost: A one-time 3D data creation fee will apply, with the cost varying depending on the model's size. The cost is only applied once, independent of how many copies of the model are ordered.
